The two instruments share a verification standard and nothing at the verdict layer. The harm column measures harm to protected groups past a documented bar, on a five-value ladder from biased framing to calls for violence, and on a separate branch it records dehumanizing or eliminationist framing of a political camp, which is no protected group and is reported there under its own label; every item there carries its own sourced evidence. The harm column holds 36 scripts carrying 420 of the week’s 450 confirmed items, with 30 items standing alone; 29 of the scripts are ranked and 7 are carried only by anonymous board threads, scored on their four measurable factors with reach unmeasured and ranked in their own list. Peak severity is 3.5, the median across the 29 ranked scripts is 2.9, no script reached the top tier, and the scripts carry 55,480,243 impressions between them. Every script on that side reads no coordination identified. The polarization column measures ordinary political expression under this instrument: framing patterns, never accusations. A narrative appearing in the polarization column implies nothing about the harm column’s categories. Two narratives read as ignited. One reached ignited for the first time on its chain this week, the Kraft billionaires-loyalty frame, ignited in its first window. One continues: the El-Sayed association frame, in its fourth ignited week. Two rulings dated September 20 set the test for a handoff: that evening, a cleared item ignites a card only when its hostile content carries the card’s own claim or falls on the card’s own target; that night, the cleared item has to name the card’s trigger or its target in its own words. On the El-Sayed association card, five Laura Loomer posts that put a jihadist label on the nominee himself cleared the harm gates in the week the vice president told House Republicans to run against the Michigan Senate nominee everywhere, and are scored on that side in the Muslim-official-disloyalty family; three of the five came with the demonization-defense card, which a second ruling of the same evening folded into this one, and two further Loomer posts whose hostile content falls on Muslim members of Congress and on Muslim people as a class sit outside the set. The Kraft billionaires-loyalty card ignited in its first window and holds two items filed in the Jewish-collective-control family, posts from Cenk Uygur and Anya Parampil whose hostile content falls on Kraft and the donor class; a Sneako post and a board thread of September 20 place theirs on Jewish people as a whole and sit outside the set. The Kirk death-cult card holds at near ignition on three markers: one Jack Posobiec post carries the card’s claim of a violent left, names neither Kirk nor the statue and the vigil that trigger the card, and stays on the harm side under the ruling of the night of September 20, and the card holds W2 over a computed 2.9 under the ruling of September 19 that a card at near ignition or ignited takes the W2 floor. Across the two ignited cards the handoff references cover seven distinct items. The routing rule is one rule: an item that clears the harm bar is scored and reported only on the harm side; it sets the ignition status of a narrative only under the two handoff tests, recorded on the card as its handoff reference; and it never counts on the polarization side as a below-bar example or as score evidence. The flow column above shows the crossings, and what remains on those cards did not clear our harm gate. Six narratives sit at near ignition on three markers each, the Woke Right cabal frame, the China-psyop backlash frame, the British two-tier frame, the Clancy sympathy-as-endorsement frame, the Sánchez frame and the Kirk death-cult frame, and none of them holds a cleared item. The Clancy and Sánchez cards read ignited a week earlier; under the arena test the cleared items near them place their hostile content on women as a sex and on the people who crossed into Ceuta, outside each card’s own target, so both cards read on their markers, and the difference follows from the test and from no change in either narrative. A Laura Loomer post of September 20 that cleared the harm bar mentions the Woke Right faction in one clause, while its subject and the harm finding concern Muslim people; it was weighed for a handoff and left uncredited, and that card stays at near ignition. Eighteen polarization verdicts read mixed, two read contradicted by our checks, and one reads core unsubstantiated by our checks, a third verdict opened on the night of September 20 for a card whose core proposition no probative check reaches in either direction. Under a ruling dated September 20, twenty-one checks on twelve cards are kept as context and carry no weight in a verdict, and where no probative check bears on a wide reading the card says unsubstantiated on what we found. The German state votes of September 20, with the AfD first in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern on about 37 percent in exit polls and Die Linke first in Berlin on about 24.5, produced no card: the firewall posts are coalition-strategy argument from a single commentator, the material casting AfD voters as extremists is four single fringe accounts making four different claims, and the two Berlin board threads are anonymous, with one already in the harm record. Adjacencies screened on the harm side sit on no card: posts by Laura Loomer and one by Mark Levin in the confirmed corpus, the reading of the Swedish election result as a left that imported its voters, Rupert Lowe’s post on the home secretary, the Piddington frame’s two largest posts, and Loomer’s post on Florida Senate nominee Angie Nixon, each cited nowhere as polarization evidence. Ignited and near ignition are review statuses that escalate our reading cadence, never verdicts about anyone.
